Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Ivory Beau for your online purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to assist you with the return process.

Eligibility:

Online purchases are eligible for store credit only. To be eligible for a return, the item must be received within 10 days of the original delivery date. Items must be in new, unworn condition with no makeup or other stains, perfumes/other odors, pet hair or damage, with original tags still attached. Please note that items received at Ivory Beau after the ten-day window will not be eligible for credit.

Final Sale Items:

All sale items and items purchased using discounts of 20% or more are considered final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned. Additional final sale items include accessories, bodysuits, swimsuits, leggings, athletic wear, Game Day graphic tees and sweatshirts. 

Return Process:

If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at customerservice@ivorybeau.com within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to proceed.
  4. Package the item securely, including all original tags and packaging.
  5. Ship the item back to Ivory Beau using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  6. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition.
  7. If the return is approved, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned item, excluding any shipping charges.

Important Notes:

  • Store credit will be issued in the form of a unique code that can be applied during checkout for future purchases.
  • Store credit does not expire and can be used towards any item on our website.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure its safe arrival.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return and issue store credit.
  • Item must be in original, unworn condition with original tags still attached. Items should be free of any makeup or other stains, no perfume or other odors, no pet hair or damage of any kind. 
  • If an item arrives to you damaged, you must report it within two days of receipt by sending pictures of the damaged area to customerservice@ivorybeau.com. 
  • Because our inventory changes so quickly, we are unable to offer exchanges.
